At DRUGSCAN, we understand that it’s not always easy to pay medical bills, so Drugscan offers a variety of payment solutions through our Patient Assistance Program. The Program provides relief for underinsured or uninsured patients based on income levels and family size, so that patients are only held financially responsible for what they can afford to pay.
Financial Assistance
DRUGSCAN is dedicated to Great Chemistry, Customer Service and its Mission to Protect, Enhance and Extend Human Life. To that end, our Financial Assistance Program was formed to assist our patients and their families that are uninsured or underinsured.
DRUGSCAN offers patients discounts which are based on U.S Department of Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines for income and family size. The Guidelines are updated annually and can be found at the HHS website.
To apply for our Financial Assistance Program, please download an application, complete the application form with all required information, and return to the mailing address on your invoice or contact Patient Customer Service at 1-844-345-1821. We will determine your eligibility and discount and notify you once completed.

Payment Plan Options
DRUGSCAN offers payment plan options that allow patients to pay their bill over time if they are unable to pay their full balance by the due date.
